Dr. Wael Mualla, President of Damascus University, recently inspected the new center for the Faculty of Information Technology, after the academic program moved to the new building at the beginning of this month. The University President stressed during his tour the need to avoid any problems that may occur as a result of the transition to the new facility. He emphasized the need to meet all requirements of the educational process, with all its components, in the halls and laboratories of the College in order to ensure the proper functioning of the educational process, as well as optimizing and improving the performance and overall level thereof.
The total area of the Faculty of Informatics is approximately 12,773 square meters, consisting of three floors and a basement. Each floor contains halls, theaters and laboratories for students in addition to the administrative departments that serve the workers and all the requirements of the educational process.
