On the 27th of March, the fifth and final training session in the area e-government, entitled "The IT Employee Leading the Way in Strengthening e-Government" was concluded at DU's Faculty of Information Technology. This series of training workshops was held in cooperation between DU's Faculty of Information Technology and "JAKIA", the Japanese Agency for International Cooperation, as part of an agreement signed by the two parties three years ago. He conveyed "JAKIA"s readiness to continue its cooperation with Damascus University in the area of training and education in various technical fields.
